We will share our home ideas too.  We strive to make it look high end but not spend a fortune. Almost Empty Nesters, we love to make our home beautiful, cozy and organized. A place to enjoy with our husbands and friends and hopefully our kids will grace us with their presence every once in a while.

And we will share our travel adventures with you and help you pick great places to spend your free time and how to get the biggest bang for your buck.

Hey friends! So excited to partner on this fun journey together!  We love delving into our creative sides exploring fashion, decor, beauty and bargains!  I have been married to my high school sweetheart (it was a blind date scenario) for 27 years!  We have 2 active boys who are 18 months apart! They keep us on our toes, even though they are off to college now.  As they are both college athletes and we live to watch them compete in their sports for their Universities.  My calling is teaching little minds and have been in the classroom for the last 27 years. I have a love for learning academically as well as learning and sharing the latest trends in all things style and aging gracefully.  As women, I think it is so important to share our savvy tips and hacks that can make our lives easier in relation to marriage, motherhood, and making our houses happy homes. “I’m me and I’m wonderful cuz God don’t make junk!”  I found this saying on a framed piece of art at a garage sale when I was in the 3rd grade.  I bought it for a quarter and hung it in my bedroom where it stayed for years.  I have never forgotten that sound piece of advice.  And it’s so true for everyone.  God made each and every one of us… we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.”  And don’t you forget it girlfriend!  Now, I am also prone to flub up quite a bit of the time.  I am bossy, opinionated and a bit of a control freak.  I tend to let people know when they miss the mark, especially in the customer service industry.  Probably because I’ve spent my career in Retail and HR supporting Retail.  That is where I got my love for all things fashion, beauty and home decor.  And I love a great sale! From luxury to bargains, I shop it all.  I believe with just a little effort you can turn mediocre into marvelous for minimum money.  Married for almost 30 years and have one beautiful son who is off to college now on a golf scholarship and leaving his dream.  So here we will talk about all the things; trivial to heartfelt.  Join us on the adventure of fun, laughter and joy!  We know how to Enjoy the Ride!
